Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your *NSYNC gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the apparel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
